Boon Chye LIM is the Managing Director of Excelle Consulting Pte Ltd, a management and IT consultancy company set up in January 2003. Services offered include IT and Business Strategy Planning, Business Process Reengineering, Corporate Training and Program and Change Management. Clients include Exel Logistics, PanAsia Paper, Matsushita Asia, Sun Microsystems, DHL, Thales, BNP Paribas, and many Government-linked companies and agencies. Prior to setting up Excelle, Boon Chye was the Director of Technology Consulting for Cap Gemini Ernst & Young (South-East Asia). He is an adjunct lecturer at ESSEC, a premier French Business School with a branch in Singapore.
